Privacy Policy

How Lake Park Advisors collects, shares and protects your personal information. Effective October 9, 2026.

Our commitment

Lake Park Advisors respects your privacy. Federal law, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the SEC’s Regulation S-P, requires us to tell you how we collect, share and protect your nonpublic personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

Depending on the services you request, we may collect:

  • Contact and identity information, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth and Social Security number;
  • Financial information, such as your income, assets, account balances, holdings, tax information and investment goals;
  • Information from your transactions with us or through the custodians that hold your accounts; and
  • Information you submit through this website, such as the contact form.

We obtain this information from you, from your representatives, and from custodians, other financial institutions and service providers acting on your behalf.

How we share information

We share nonpublic personal information only as permitted by law, including:

  • With custodians, broker-dealers and other service providers needed to open, maintain and service your accounts;
  • With professionals you authorize, such as your accountant or attorney;
  • With regulators, auditors and law enforcement, or as required by law, subpoena or legal process; and
  • With your consent or at your direction.

We do not share your nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Because we limit sharing to the situations above, federal law does not require us to offer an opt-out. If our practices change, we will give you notice and any opt-out rights the law requires before sharing under the new practice.

Affiliated accounting practice

Our principals are involved with an affiliated accounting practice. We will share your information with that practice only with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law.

How we protect information

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards designed to protect your information. We limit access to employees and service providers who need it to serve you and expect them to keep it confidential. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so please do not send account numbers or Social Security numbers through the website contact form or by unencrypted email.

Website information

The contact form on this website collects the details you enter so that we can respond to you. This website loads third-party scripts and fonts from content delivery networks, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type. We do not use this website to sell or advertise to you based on your personal information.

Former clients

We continue to apply this policy to information about former clients, as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

We will provide you with our privacy notice when the client relationship begins and annually while it continues, and we will notify you of material changes as required by law.
